I think this is a male of Neurothermis ramburii. The male of N. fluctuans has wing pattern where the border of the red area of the hindwing curves back to meet the hind margin well before the level of the pterostigma (http://travel.mongabay.com/indonesia/images/kali9365.html). Regards.
