Here is a dragonfly - her cousin. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7932372
This is clearly a damselfly. The insect order of Odonata include dragonflies that always hold their wings open (like an airplane) and damselflies that usualy hold their wings along their body when landed, as this one has done. Beyond that, I don't know
