Field Notes

Description:

Small orange and yellow blossom on a medium sized bush. They grew abundantly in the wood. No distinct smell, but this was just after a rain.

Habitat:

Located in shade among many tall trees.

Notes:

Thank you, CWMom! I must say it is a rather unfortunate name for such a pretty flower :-)
