I don't think you can get down to species with only this picture. You need a ventral view as well. There are several candidates, also Deidamia, but most probably not Neoptolemus, this one is from Brazil. Might also be Morpho achilles (achilles or fagardi) or Morpho helenor (helenor). And there are also some sexual dimorphisms, meaning a male from one species might look "identical" than the female from the other species. Do you have any other picture of this one?

This is the closest match to your morpho that I could find in my references for Ecuadorian morphos with solid photos. However, the following does not have the same white spots on the outside of the wing tips. This is a close match but not exact. It's a blue morpho but I'm not exact;y sure which sub-species.
