Canada is beautiful. My wife was born in BC, but moved south when she was very young. (Her mum married a Yank.) We, my bride of 37 years and I, visit Canada frequently, and have many place yet to see, such as the maritimes and the prairie provinces (including AB east of Calgary). Next summer we may drive through YT en route to Alaska.
I have a friend that lives in omemee. Canada is an amazing place! Especially beautiful for nature lovers :)
I agree: it is interesting. As--personally to me--is your location, as deduced from the locations of your spottings. My mother's family emigrated to the States from a town nearby (Omemee) in 1910. It's a small world.
Great colouring on this guy!
Thanks. That was my probable ID as well. Now that I have your "second opinion," I'll go with it.
It can be the Hoary Marmot, but i'm not 100% sure!
