Description:

feral chicken at side of road

Habitat:

tropical, insular; above coastal lowland

Notes:

spotted along hwy 50 at scenic point (Hanapepe Canyon was the scenic view, not the chicken) about 1 mile east of Eleele; possibly derived from domestic chicken, Gallus gallus domesticus; original medium Kodak TMax100 (35mm b&w negative) film exposed using Minolta 700si SLR with 50mm close-up lens and yellow filter; negative subsequently scanned and image saved as digital file
