Description:

Also known as Red-lined Flabellina and Sonic the Hedgehog Nudibranch.

Usually found on Halocordyle disticha, its preferred food source. They feed on hydroids, coral, sponges and anemones.

Habitat:

Found singly or in pairs on coral and rocky reefs, in sand and rubble areas. Widespread, circumtropical.

Notes:

I photographed this nudibranch at a depth of about 12m, at a dive site off the coast of Big Ligid Island, Samal, Philippines.
