Description:

San Clemente Island Fox

Habitat:

Its preferred habitat is complex layer vegetation with a high density of woody, perennially fruiting shrubs. The fox lives in all of the island biomes including temperate forest, temperate grassland and chaparral, with no island supporting more than 1,000 foxes. (according to Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Island_fox )

So beautiful! We have gray foxes here in Tennessee that look very similar. Thanks for sharing & welcome to Project Noah!
@Ava_T-B Thanks for the tip. Added 2 more pics. This little guy was not scared of humans at all, and they seldom are on the island, but he was impossible to touch. I took this picture near the dining hall on the island.
