Description:

Its a 12cm length bird in the Thraupidae family. The coloration of adults varies slightly by region.

Habitat:

Inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and heavily degraded former forest of Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.
