Description:

SPORE PRINT: White
COLLAR: Yes
CAP: Campanulate and slimy texture
GILLS (ATTACHED OR UNATTACHED): Attached
STALK COLOR: White
Cap Color: Red with white spots
COLOR (OVERALL): Red
ODOR: I didn’t notice any odor when I came across this mushroom

Habitat:

NEARBY TREES: The trees nearby are lots of oak, pine and birch from what we saw
GROUPING OF THE MUSHROOMS: With simular mushrooms in a square meter.

LOCATION: In the forest covered in moist soil covered in dry, dead leaves. In the middle of the trail. Around ten meters into the forest. Sunlit area.
TIME OF YEAR: FALL (MID NOVEMBER)
WEATHER CONDITIONS: Under an inch of snow scattering the forest floor.
The temperature was around 20º C. Soil was frozen from frost.

Notes:

Found in the woods of Waterboro, Maine, this mushroom is believed to be Two-Colored Bolete. Discovered on November 1st and taken out of its habitat on November 14th. With the characteristics above, we have gotten an idea of the identification of this mushroom.

Thank you, I was unsure of what it was but I gave it a shot on what it was!:) Thanks again!
this looks much more like a Russula than a Bolete to me, it has gills rather than spines or pores and the color is too even. Looks like either Shrimp Russula or Rosy Russula.
