Description:
Also known by the common name "heal-all," this native herb has long been used in folk medicine as a salve for flesh wounds, and an infusion derived from Heal-all is traditional remedy for strep throat and for ailments of the respiratory system. The delicate pale violet flowers are popular with bees and other pollinators, while the plant serves as a larval host for Clouded Sulphur (Colias philodice) butterflies.
