How interesting, Argy Bee. It is very similar, and I'm not ruling it out as I have found reference to it in research on non-native amphibians; and it is sold in the pet trade. My example seems to be missing the the brown along the nose however.
Looks like Litoria fallax an Aussie frog also called 'Eastern Dwarf Tree Frog' http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7894902
very cute ! -I will never get tired of seeing pictures of these little frogs..
