Description:

No wings , it crawled everywhere ..long black hairs just behind its eyes ...and very long legs for a fly.

Habitat:

Suburbia backyard

Ahhh ok ...that was my first thought , a baby fresh one ..still a "walk" :) hahaha i googled and didn't have much success ....flys without wings ..are flys born without wings ...way too many jokes ..and no answer..lol But your onto it ! :) thankyou
That's not a fly then... it's a walk. Looks like the wings haven't stretched out yet... maybe a flesh fly (Sarcophagidae)
