Ya, they took up residence on a telephone pole, right next to the dirt road!
Must've been close to them! I just realized this was an OLD posting!! ;-)
That's weird, neither is the information for the pics. Krista took these pictures (I stole them before she was on PN) last summer up near Glenwood Springs. All I had with me was my iphone. They supposedly come back every year! I almost pooped my pants when we came around the bend and there they were. It was shortly after I started volunteering so I was very excited! lol!
Tell me more!!! That's a great spotting!! I've seen them individually, but don't know where any nests are. Fantastic! (3rd pic isn't loading...)

I know! Luckily it is in a very remote location in the deep mountains! I'm surprised there is even power out there!
