Looks close enough Brian, because when I saw these in New Mexico, they act similar (resting on rocks).
Hi Kalen. I can't say 100 percent but I believe that is a Barn swallow (Hirundo rustica). Key characteristics see are overall size, color, wing length, short bill, and a conspicuous white marking on the top of the shoulder.
