Field Notes

Habitat:

Coastal cliffs

Notes:

We spent three days trying to figure out what this was - we could see him high up over the cliffs from the beach but always looking into the sun so it just looked black and white. Finally we went to the top of the cliffs and he was sitting on the rocks about 50' below, but I forgot to close down the aperture a bit (gives much better focus at high zoom).
