Most likely a fem. Heuglin's Gull.
Maybe killed by flying against the communications tower on the island
Notes:
This one wasn't shot.
There's a big communications tower on the island and there were 4 dead birds around it.
Not sure, if that's what caused it, or just mere old age / exhaustion
