Description:

These small blue bell-like flowers grow in profusion on very delicate stems. The effect is like a shimmer of delicate violet and blue against the bank and brush behind it.

Habitat:

This native wildflower is found in the following SE US states: AL, CT, GA, KY, MD, NC, NH, SC, TN, VA, WV

Notes:

Spotted growing along the roadside in the Cohutta Wilderness Area
