Description:

Medium sized orange butterfly

Habitat:

Cypress swamp

Notes:

Spotted on the grounds of The Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge. There were several of these butterflies. They would land briefly, usually higher in the trees and then take flight again. This one stayed closer to the boardwalk.
