A small (2.5cm) active frog with wide dark stripe along its back.

Under wood in vacant suburban block

This is a much better photo of this tiny frog in the daylight. It hides very well in the garden mulch Maybe I'll find it again this summer.
Yep that one (Littoria) is quite different but should be around your area. I haven't been able to find that one yet either but have heard them often. Probably should buy myself a decent torch.
I found it in a swampy vacant industrial block. There's no ground water. I heard lots of croaking and lifted an old wooden pallet to look for a frog. Bingo. It's 2.5 cm. I brought it home because I had no camera with me. I'll shoot it gain tomorrow when the light is better. Is this one different? http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8061329
