Description:

Unknown species of avian louse found on a Canada Goose. Shorter roundish body with striping on the abdomen. The goose was a juvenile in poor condition.

What magnification did you use to take these photos? I'm shopping for a microscope.
Not a veterinarian but I work with many of them. :-) I've been a veterinary assistant for many years.
Oh boy, parasites of all kinds, good they have you to take care of them, these pets (I assume you are veterinarian?) :-)
