Description:

The femora and tibiae are reddish brown. The knee and foot is black. The body features two fine longitudinal band and two big spots of metallic green scales. Weevils from the same genus Metapocyrtus are smaragdinus https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1943695710, elegans https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1010929564 and quadriplagiatus https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/709499427

Habitat:

In the garden of a cold spring resort. The garden is at the edge of a tropical rain forest.
