It is well out of P.regius range. There are still more Phidippus that have green chelicerae but given the location I have to agree with the concensus that this is likley P.audax .. cosmopolitan little buggers.
I think this is probably Phidippus audax, although it could also be the very similar looking Phidippus regius. I'd need to see a view of the back to tell for sure, though. If your jumper had black spots on it's abdomen, it was P. audax. If it didn't have the black spots, it was P. regius. Looks like mine is a bit lighter brown than the suggested animal. I uploaded a side view, to possibly make things easier. Looks like the suggestion isn't found here. Darn.
