Description:

The ring-billed gull is about 19" (48 cm) in size with a 4-foot wingspan. White bird with gray wings, black wing tips spotted with white, and a white tail. Yellow bill with black ring near tip. Yellowish legs and feet. Female same as male. This is a three-year gull with different plumages in its first three autumns.

Habitat:

There were a lot of ring-billed gulls at Baltimore Maryland's Inner Harbor.
