Field Notes

Description:

Local hawk being driven from it's habitat by expansion of the Augusta National Golf Club purchase of an entire neighborhood to be cleared and used as a parking lot for tourists...the total land grab cost them many millions and the woods I had grown up and loved were gone..the hawk flew around for months until all the tall trees were gone and it moved into the neighborhood where I moved, across the road...it still visits me from time to time.
