Yea. Pretty amazing birds. Apparantly, as our guide stated, they mate for life, and usualy lay two eggs per season. One male and one female. If it happens that chicks are of the same sex, parents let one die, and take care of the other. Same heppens if there are 3 eggs; they let the weak one die. Amazing example of natures self control. With our own population pressing craaazy numbers, cant help but wonder would we ever be able to do the same!
