Cryptocephalus is a genus of leaf beetles in the subfamily Cryptocephalinae and belonging to the group of case-bearing leaf beetles called the Camptosomata.

Thank you Mark. I agree that it looks like sericeus but there are also other very similar species (for example, hypochaeridis, rugulipennis) and it is very difficult for me to distinguish between them.
Nice spotting Kostas. It looks very much like Cryptocephalus sericeus.
