I would go with Ipomoea too, wonderful colour
I believe this is common morning glory (Ipomoea purpurea)
It belongs to the covolvulaceae family which has over 1000 species, although it seems only a few are present in Florida (http://florida.plantatlas.usf.edu/Family.aspx?id=85).
