Field Notes

Description:

The last of several Orchard Spider sightings I had in the area, this spider was the smallest example I found at a little over an inch long. It was also the only one I got a good belly shot of.

Habitat:

A lush yard near Lake Killarney in central Florida. The trees are tall, bushes thick and plants well-watered. It's a very friendly place for flora and fauna.
