Description:

Frigates searching for a meal at Long Caye Island, Lightouse Reef Atoll

Habitat:

This species lives on the coast and feeds mainly on fish. Frigatebirds never land on water, and always take their food items in flight.

Notes:

Photo taken by staff and students from Brookhaven College Geospatial Technology Program during a field trip to characterize the environment.
