They are so cool looking. Badger are so rare in Michigan anymore unless you are at a zoo...this species is so much cuter than North American badger.
I had a really small garden in England & these guys used to cause mayhem digging up the lawn & shrubs. We replaced the fence in an attempt to keep them out but they just smashed their way through! They were lovely to see though, even if it was out of the window at 3 am after they had given me my early morning call! We're in Tennessee now & have loads of freeloaders here too - raccoons, foxes, deer, groundhog, skunk, wild turkeys! They provide us with hours of amusement! Yes peacocks are very loud!
Thank you Karen. These 2 were no trouble..had food and went. 1 night there was these 2, another 1 and 2 small foxes all together. Word must have gotten around..free food..haha We now live in India and it's the wild peacocks that make the racket...they honk really loud
Welcome to Project Noah Kelly! Lovely spot! I used to have badgers visiting my garden in Surrey - they used to make a hell of a racket in the middle of the night!
