Please help me figure out what this is!
Could it be, for example, an old spider egg sac?
Originally spotted hanging by a thread - see 3rd photo.
Diameter not more than 1 cm / 0.4 inches.

House in hills overlooking Manila.

I was thinking spider related as well but never came up with anything. This certainly looks the same .... well done Ann! ... Mystery solved!
