I know this flower as Marriage vine or Volcan (not Divorce ;-)...), or Potato vine.

Hi jcbetz ! - I have suggested an ID- S.wendlandii that comes very close to the flowers in your photo. I hope this ID is correct. It's a little difficult to ID flowers without pics of the other parts of the plant. I hope the reference helps.

The flowers look very similar to the common 'black berry' solanum near our place.

I think this plant belongs to the Solanum family - will need to research further..
