KdonGalay @alicelongmartin, this is definitely not a palm family, it is more of giant fern-like plant i think.
KdonGalay sorry, i'm not too familiar with plant species, would just confer with my colleagues here and i will let you know if ever there's progress.
Scott Frazier I would love to know the name of the plant too! I've seen something like it here in NG but I never identified it.
