Description:

Luna Moth - It has light green wings with a purple border that swirls up to make what looks like two eyes. It looks like they have been painted on! The tail of its wings are delicately ruffled. It is a beautiful & amazing sight!!

Habitat:

This was seen in a long established backyard in town, under a huge pecan tree.

Notes:

It was resting on the side of a wooden garden gate. It stayed there for hours.
