Field Notes

Description:

Planthopper of about 6mm length, from head to the wingtips. Brown cryptic colouration with dark patches on the forewings, which are held at an angle giving the bug a boomerang shape.

Habitat:

Found among low vegetation on the way to the "Rostro Maya" in San Juan La Laguna, Lake Atitlán.
