I would say it's more feral pigeon/city dove (Columba livia forma domestica), than a real rock dove. Both have the same roots, but one of them is found in towns and the other one (rock dove) in the wilde (and this is very rare meanwhile). All these domestic pigeons/doves are descendants from the Rock Pigeon. Columba livia forma domestica
