Species ID Suggestions

Thank you Aaron G. I do not have any carpet in my home. ??? I was told once that they were Dermestid beetles. Those are most commonly used by taxidermists. I don't do that either and as far as I know there are no dead beasties in my house either. Just sayin. It is quit puzzling.
P.S. - I've moved this to Arthropods for you. :-)
OK, now that you mention that part, there probably needs to be some level of control happening. I'm not a professional entomologist, but my guess is they are a species of carpet beetle and these are the larvae. http://bugguide.net/node/view/11210 You can do a quick search and find out more about how to rid your home of them.
They are just about anywhere in my house that is "undisturbed and they eat everything. Cotton, wool, everything. They have ruined a few things. I am just wondering if there is a way to control them.
There might not be a need to get rid of them. I definitely back the idea of finding out what they are, though. :-)
I need to know what this is and how to get rid of them. Thanks
