the mycena luxaeterna look on the first look a good suggestion, but the mushroom from this spotting has a ring at the stem. Mostly (when not all) mycenas have no ring (annolus). I have take a look at M. luxaeterna at the internet, and they have also no "annolus". Lepiota species is more likely. My first thought was: Leucocoprinus birnbaumii ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&cp=14&gs_id=1i&xhr=t&q=leucocoprinus+birnbaumii&safe=off&gs_sm=&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1202&bih=662&wrapid=tljp1325898752743026&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=DJwHT6C_HMma8QPJs8CpAQ ).
