honey eater birds such as tui, bellbird in new zealand
these are so lovely! What birds does it attract?
Definitely bottlebrush (common name), probably Callistemon viminalis. There are many hybrid types or cultivars now, this one is one of the weeping variety, excellent for attracting nectar eaters to the garden. The plants are native to Australia and come in a wide variety of sizes from ground cover (prostrate) to small shrubs to trees, the bottlebrush shaped flowers also come in many shades from green to white, all shades of pink and red, burgundy. One of my favourite types of plants.
