Description:

Hummingbird. I don't know the species; is very difficult to identify.

Location: Veragua Adventure Park, Limón, Costa Rica

mae, ninguno de los surgencias son corectos. esta ejemplar no tiene la cola roja y el otro surgerida por liam no tiene rango por el caribe. maniana me pongo a buscar cual es.
Mangrove Hummingbird it is then....or another idea is you can email the adventure park and hopefully they will be able to ID your hummingbird. I did that with some of my pics.
AnnalisaD, I don't remember a rufous tail in this bird. In fact, I thought of that species, but, because this lacks the rufous tail I discarded it.
Do you recall if it a rusty colored tail? My guess is Rufous-tailed Hummingbird.
