Notodontidae, Heterocampinae, Heterocampa umbrata.
Always tough ones, quite variable within the species and markings/pattern not always clear for an ID. I am pretty sure it is Umbrata and tried to add the best matching links, but anyway, cross-checking yourself is never a bad IDea ;-)
