Field Notes

Description:

Sapling hemlock located in the Colman Preserve in Attleboro, MA. The more famous "Giant Hemlock" is located nearby. Access to the site is from Steere Street.

Habitat:

Moist woodlands and ravines.

Notes:

No signs of infection by Wooly adelgid.
