It is Coreidae/Leaf-footed Bug and for Europe not a very funny one since it was introduced from the US. But it is only a minor tree pest, nothing compared with other harmful pests. However: It is real beautiful one!! And does stink but isn't a Stink Bug!
this is a common stink bug you can find them everywhere. They are quite the annoyance because if you squash them they stink!
