Sumukha: Sorry, it's an old photo. i don't have any other photo of the spider. I found it yesterday when i was browsing through my collection. http://bit.ly/tniE0X and http://bit.ly/scPEMr both look very similar to my photo. Difficult to see which one it is.
I agree with S_Frazier....Green Jumping spider http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mopsus_(spider)
Looks like a Two-Stripe Spider(Female).. Females of this species are white in color with two brown-red colored stripes on itz back.. Did u notice two stripes on its back..?? Upload a pic of top view pf this spider if possible..:)
