Description:

Unsure which kind of cormorant, we have a couple here in FL and the shot is not great for ID. Could be a double crested, could be a juvenile Great. Either way, I like the picture.

Great Cormorants are regular vagrants to Florida in Winter, but nowhere near common. There is currently a Great Cormorant on Key Biscane, I believe. Anyway, I agree with Double-crested Cormorant. Great Comorants have larger bills and pale chins.
I've never seen a Great Cormorant in Florida; I don't believe you'll find them as far south as the Everglades. This is a Double-Crested Comorant, Phalacrocorax auritus.
