Description:

Long antennae on this large beetle.
It is from the Lamiinae in Cerambycidae.

Habitat:

Clinging to silver wattle branch in a local suburban park..

Notes:

Dont forget to look in the wattles.

Thanks for your suggestion Jakubko. I have seen this beetle or very similar ones several times only on Acacia. Your suggestion while close differs because mine is not green at all and has orange-brown 'rusty' tips. Its similarities include the lateral white stripe, large size and overall posture. This leads me to suspect the genus is correct, Platyomopsis but I've not seen any closer image.
