Description:

The leaves of the young palm are a beautiful deep maroon/red ( Pics #1 & 2).
Pic #3 shows mature palm trees (about 25 to 30 mts tall) which are slender and graceful, growing in clumps.
Leaves are costapalmate and hang down in delicate fans.

Habitat:

Central Australia - The Palm Valley
