@ Gale , after studying many images of Minkes and after all the valuable feedback that I got from you,I agree that both the spottings are Humpbacks. Thnx so much!!.
Its a bit tough to be sure 100% because it is far off but again I think this is a humpback... this time because Minke's have very hooked and refined dorsals and this one looks more blunt . Both species would be where you saw this whale so habitat isn't much help.
