Yep, I just found out from a previous comment on another spider about the wolf spiders do not make webs. It does look a lot like the one you linked though. I've often heard this is a common "grass spider" but not sure.
It look alot like Pardosa amentata: http://eol.org/pages/1197585/overview But, according to eol, wolf spiders do not make webs...which is what I thought too from my college zoology courses but many of the wolf spiders on Project Noah are positioned in webs.
It could be a wolf spider. The true typical characteristic of a wolf are their 2 prominent eyes that are larger than the others. It could also be a nursery web spider which look very similar. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolf_spider
